CAREERS

WHO WE ARE
At Next Marketing, we believe personal brand experiences are the most powerful way to drive performance. In today’s world, when the consumer craves meaning, brands must constantly evolve to stay relevant and connected. We are relentless in our pursuit to create innovative and meaningful interactions giving people a reason to listen, inspiration to share, and the desire to act.  From Supermarkets to Super Bowls, we create experiences that drive performance; turning human insight into over half-a-million personal experiences each year for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An eager professional who understands initiative and effort are necessary for success and that individual success starts with team success.  A quick study who thrives in fast-paced, ever changing environments; yet is self-aware and confident enough to slow down and ask for help when needed.  Someone who wants to help solve complex challenges while also supporting the day-to-day tasks required of every project.  Someone who can appreciate and celebrate victories – big and small.  A motivated Event Marketer willing to support all areas of project oversight who understands the value of teamwork, and the importance of high-quality standards, efficiency, and accuracy across every project on every occasion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist with managing the execution of mobile marketing tours and sponsorship activations.
  • Lead program administrative aspects such as tour and event schedules, meeting agendas, pre-event key information documents, event recaps and inventory management
  • Coordinate, track and submit paperwork
  • Assist with on-site event activation, including field staff training, management and communication
  • Other duties as assigned by the account leadership team

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business.  If you have 1-2 years of related experience in marketing, sponsorship, or events that is a huge plus.  Either way, you bring a positive, hard-working mindset; willing to tackle projects and tasks of all size and scale.  You have excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow through and strong written and verbal communication skills.  You are comfortable working at your desk and are computer proficient (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) but you have a willingness to travel (40%) to activations and other events – occasionally over weekends and holidays.

Most of all, you want to play an active role in the team, agency and client successes.  You care about the accuracy and quality of your individual work as well as the collective team’s results.  You are not afraid of a challenge, and you are excited to learn and grow as an individual and a team.
