Our Process
For more than 15 years, Next Marketing has been creating experiential marketing campaigns that have raised awareness, swayed opinion, developed preferences, encouraged trial and driven sales for our clients’ products and services. Yet with all of the experiences we’ve created, programs we’ve executed, and results we’ve delivered, at Next Marketing, each opportunity is specific, each solution is unique and each result is precise.
Our Unique ProcessExploreBeyond defining the immediate opportunity, audience and objectives, we dig deeper. We strive to understand your brand positioning, company culture, overall marketing strategies and tactics and, of course, how to define success. We also go beyond to gain insight on current market and competitive conditions as well as industry trends. This information serves as the foundation of our strategic plan and the guiding principles for our path forward. EvolveWith the path beginning to take shape, we now begin to explore creative concepts, develop budget parameters and solicit stakeholder input and feedback. Next, public relations, media and internet integration is explored and concepts are refined into actionable plans. Once every detail is covered, every cost projected and every question asked and answered - it’s time to put the plan into action. ExecuteIt’s now time to build and implement the infrastructures, processes and assets necessary to bring the plan to market. Logistics are mapped, staff is readied, the program is launched and tactics are executed. From the date of launch until the last report is filed, we’re now in manage, monitor and improvement mode. How can we be more efficient, more effective, more engaging, more compelling? These are the challenges we pose to you, the campaign and ourselves. EvaluateFrom the earliest stages of exploration into evolution and through execution, we are setting benchmarks, testing metrics, capturing and analyzing data and applying learnings. Are we delivering ROI / ROO? Are we impacting awareness, opinion, consideration? Are we driving sales? Are we engaging the right people, in the right places, at the right time, in the right manner? These are some of the analytics that formulate Next’s custom measurement plans. The only consistency in our measurement plans from client to client; campaign to campaign is the fact that there is a measurement plan. |
